Inspection and Testing
If you bring your Computer, Laptop, PC, Printer, Mac or Device to our office and we need to carry out testing, internal examination or detailed investigation, we will not require any refundable charges in advance to perform the preliminary hardware testing, virus scanning and a detailed report including repair or replacement cost. We will contact you and discuss our findings with you before we carry out any repairs or replace any parts. If you decide not to go ahead with the repairs you will have no charges to pay.
Most fixes can be turned around within 1 to 2 business days but if parts are required from interstate or overseas there could be a delay of 3 to 10 working days.
